Fri, 6 April 2007 Holy crap. I'm in Boston, typing this from the Hayes Convention Center at the Sheraton. I'd swear, this place is like a geek's greatest dream, minus Morgan Webb (I love you, G4!). Come to think of it, is she here, too?
Anyways, this place kicks ass. I've had a few problems with my video camera, so I have virtually no footage of the actual conference. I'll put up what I can, but it's not all I hoped for. Sorry, guys. Still, having fun and all. This copious wealth of knowledge has blown my mind, Ask a Ninja style. For example, in the tech expo, they were showing off this awesome little gizmo called the Drobo. It's a storage device, completely automated. It has 4 slots for hard drives, any size at all. This thing will automatically save your files from one drive if it fails, completely protecting your files. Beats the hell out of a RAID array, I'm telling you now. I want one, so bad. Correction: Need one, so bad. Not kidding, take a look at it, you'll be sorry if you don't.

Anyways, I'm gonna get off so Butterz can use the laptop. I'm unplugging. Category: Photoshop -- posted at: 11:00 AM Comments[0] |
